Returns and exchanges
You can return or exchange an item within 7 days of delivery if it is:
- unused and unwashed, in its original condition and packaging, with tags attached, or
- damaged, defective or different from what you ordered.
Some items can't be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, such as innerwear, personal care items, perishables and items marked non-returnable.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled.
Refunds
- Approved refunds are made within 7 working days of receiving the returned item.
- Online payments are refunded to the original payment method.
- Cash on delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer.
